introducing ayam ketok zozi. its originally made by da f&nerz...
delicious, marvellous taste, chicky whippy sedap. donno wats 'kosher' really means. i juz sebat oni. using da mediterranean style, wat da shit is tat i oso dono but nvm. nothing can stop us frm making da recipe rite? so get prepared fer da nicest biggest dish in da werld. AYAM KETOK.

Ingredients:
ladle (sendok; if can buy big long one)
1kg chicken raosted
plate

Directions:
all u neeed is a pair of hands. da skill n confidence. take da roasted chicken n place it on da plate. adjust da position properly fer da convinence of da next step. orite. da time has come. take da ladle sendok, hit it hard!!!!!!!!

resize da chicken n its ready fer us to have a ayam ketok zozi feast.

dis recipe is brought to u by da chef himself. kindly pls follow steps n methods n do da instruction/procedures below; ya nasi lemak will definitely turn out great during festive events lyk hari raya aidilpitri maaf zahir n batin. it taste marvelously nice n u will not regret it once u try. yeah. ure sure to love it ill bet ya. u go fattys. ask ya moms, sis n neighbour fer help fer equipments or stuff. u cant afford to loose da most appetizing meal ever. fer servings it really depends on how much u take in with ya diet fatty. dun ask so many question ok? make sure to have a well balanced diet aite. u can masak fer pple who loves nasi lemak. n msg fer obesezez...eat more n stay healthy!

Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 grated coconut
3 screwpine leaves
Salt to taste

Directions:
Clean the rice and drain.
Squeeze out 2 cups of thick coconut milk from the grated coconut.
Cook th rice in the coconut milk with screwpine leaves. Add in salt.
If you desire, you can also add in some sliced shallots and ginger.
Serve this rice with sliced hard-boiled eggs, cucumber and Sambal Ikan Bilis.
